Problems we fix

Water leaks
Under a sink, on a fitting, a flexible hose or a concealed pipe: we find it and repair it.
Blocked toilets and drains
Unblocking toilets, sinks, basins, showers and waste pipes, by hand or with a drain snake.
Broken water heater
No hot water, a leaking tank or one that trips the power: repair or replacement.
Taps and flushes
Dripping taps, stiff mixers, toilets that keep running.
Water damage
Tracing the source of the leak and helping with the joint report with your neighbour.
Smells and noises
Traps, drain ventilation, water hammer in the pipes.

Turn off the main water valve, often located near the meter.
If water is running near sockets or electrical appliances, switch off the power at the fuse box.
Mop up and protect what you can, then take photos for your insurer.
In an apartment block, let your downstairs neighbour and the building manager know.
